Things to be thankful for

Big, solid, American-made trucks. There is no way Mike would have unbuckled and walked away from this head-on if he was in a tiny Honda or Toyota. No way. I am also thankful for insurance and Ford's web site that let Mike re-build "big red".


I am thankful for puppies that grow into 100 lb. dogs and chase the bears away and pull tire swings and leap gates effortlessly. Well, I wish he wouldn't leap his gate in the dog room, but it is just BEAUTIFUL to watch him jump.
